Registered Massage
Massage is part of integrative medicine and studies have found massage can help reduce stress, lessen pain and muscle tightness, increase relaxation and improve the work of the immune system. In massage, a practitioner rubs and kneads the soft tissues of your body to a pressure that is likeable by you.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture stimulates the balance and flow of Qi energy that in Traditional Chinese Medicine is considered essential to health. Practitioners stimulate specific points on the body—most often by inserting thin needles through the skin. Ludmilla provides individualized acupuncture and integrated health services including cupping, massage, energy work, yoga, education and laser.

Anyone can participate in strength and conditioning to improve their overall health and become stronger. Strength and conditioning combines a variety of exercises to help improve your flexibility, strength, power, speed and endurance. Each program is made specific to your goals and 1 on 1 sessions allow for focus on your safety and progress as you exercise. Whether you are chasing performance goals, looking to build strength or move with a purpose, strength and conditioning is for you.
