Nicole was born and raised in Port Alberni and is now happy to be home after many years spent in the USA furthering her education. Nicole has over 30years of experience in the health industry and specializes in movement performance, strength and conditioning, and fuelling for performance. She has spent the last 8yrs applying Pre-Hab and movement performance training practices to athletes and is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Alberni Valley Bulldogs. She many certifications through different organizations including , NSCA, Barbell Rehab, Rehab-U, NASM, BCRPA, ACE, ISSA as well as a Nursing Diploma! When Nicole is not in the gym or playing sports you will find her in nature with her family, friends, and her dog.
